All prices are in Australian dollars. Our price excludes any bank or conversion fees you may be charged when paying in a foreign currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards via Stripe and Paypal. Transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not retain customer card details. Payment will be collected immediately upon a successful transaction.
We offer an international flat rate fee of $10.00 for shipping on all orders. Our merchandise is shipped from worldwide locations depending on the product type. This means that an order of several items may arrive separately.
All of our merchandise is made to order, so please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered. This time may be additionally effected by delays at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.
Should you require something urgent, please contact us with your enquiry, and we can arrange for an express shipping service at an additional cost that will reduce the deliver time to 1-2 weeks. If you haven't received your item within 6 weeks of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery - Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee.
Wrong Address - If you the customer provide and address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributor. You will liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our distributor and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Climb & Wine will not be liable for any delay in delivery, misplaced or unclaimed parcels.
Please take note of the customs duties of your delivery country.
For orders delivered to Australia with a value of $1000 AUD or more, you may be charged additional customs fee based on the duties applicable.
Climb & Wine will not be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that you incur.
All Climb & Wine merchandise is made to order, and slight variations are an inherent part of the manufacturing and printing process. You may expect minor distinctions that make your product unique.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues. Please ensure that you read the size guide in the product images before purchasing apparel, and should you have any questions about the sizing please contact us.
Returns will be accepted on faulty items only. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item with the details of the issue, and once approved for return your items will be repaired or replaced. Refunds are only available if the item cannot be replaced.
